Helensburgh is a premier moorland golf course set high above the town. It’s location affords golfers stunning views across the Clyde Estuary towards Arran and Bute in the South West and Loch Lomond and The Trossachs in the North.
A James Braid course, it measures just under 6000 Yards of the medal Tees. The gently undulating terrain and varied layout is playable for all but a challenge for the best. To score well you will need to plot your way round and master the fast and true putting surfaces.
Groups and Society Packages
Helensburgh welcome and encourage Society and Corporate visitors. Helensburgh Golf Course is a destination course, perfectly placed to become a halfway stop for golfers travelling on your way to the West Coast or returning to Central Scotland as part of a golf tour. Helensburgh is only 30 miles from Glasgow Airport and with two train stations we have excellent rail links, where we can arrange for taxi uplift and drop off.
With a mid- week Green Fee under £50.00, we also have an excellent Professional Shop which offers a wide range of any rental items you may require to enhance your experience.
Before and after your round, you can order from our menu of freshly prepared dishes, choose from our range of drinks and barista coffees or even sample a local Loch Lomond Whisky.
