Bingley St Ives Golf Club
The Club was formed in 1931 as a 9-hole course before being expanded in 1934 to an 18-hole course designed by Dr. Alister MacKenzie.
MacKenzie’s influence can still be seen in the modern-layout of the course which incorporates many of its famous attributes such as the tiered greens along with his notable sensitivity for designing courses which consider the nature of the original site.
Over more recent decades the course has been further developed with input from several leading players including Seve Ballesteros & Sir Nick Faldo.
The Course continues to be a true golfing test set in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside.
