Bramshaw Golf Club

Flexible memberships are now an important, established option for golf  memberships and the Bramshaw Flex membership is our own flexible  membership launching on April 1st, 2021. 

This is the perfect option for the modern golfer who also has family  commitments, hectic work patterns or other sporting or non-sporting  interests that make a full membership less viable.  

This membership is not recommended to replace a full membership,  and indeed if you are playing more than 2-3 times per month, this will  not be the membership for you.  

Whilst the Bramshaw Flex membership is limited, it will also include the  following benefits: 

∙ Play on our two brilliant, but starkly contrasting courses – the  Forest Course (Hampshire’s oldest) and the Manor Course ∙ Maintain an official handicap with affiliation to Hampshire Golf  and England Golf 

∙ Play in competitions (some restrictions apply) 

∙ Introduce friends/colleagues at members guest rates ∙ Full use of Clubhouse facilities 

∙ Bramshaw members bar card providing 10% discount on F&B  bought in the Bar/Restaurant 

∙ Reciprocal golf at 23 other golf clubs* 

How does it work? 

On purchasing a Bramshaw Flex membership we will issue you with a member’s bag tag, members bard card and login details to your online members account. Booking tee times is simple; simply login to  your online account, click on tee time bookings and you will be  able to see all available tee times and their points cost. 

How many points do you get? 

Each Bramshaw Flex membership provides you with 150 points.

Points are deducted from your account as you play throughout the year. The following points matrix applies:

March, April and October

The manor course  

9:30- 11:59  –  Midweek 8 points – Weekend 10

12:00-13:59  –  Midweek 6 points – Weekend 8

14:00- 15:59  –  Midweek 5 points – Weekend 5

16:00 – Dusk  –  Midweek 4 Points – Weekend 4

The Forest 

9:30- 11:59  –  Midweek 6 points – Weekend 6

12:00-13:59  –  Midweek 5 points – Weekend 5

14:00- 15:59  –  Midweek 4 points – Weekend 4

16:00 – Dusk  –  Midweek 3 Points – Weekend 3

May, June, July, August, September 

The manor course  

9:30- 11:59  –  Midweek 10 points – Weekend 12

12:00-13:59  –  Midweek 8 points – Weekend 8

14:00- 15:59  –  Midweek 6 points – Weekend 6

16:00 – Dusk  –  Midweek 4 Points – Weekend 4

Tee times are bookable online via your Bramshaw member’s account,  or via the Pro-Shop or Office. You can play in all monthly and mid week medal/stablefords, roll-up competitions and any competition

allowing entry all-day (you are not permitted to play in competitions  which are solely start sheet based**). 

Members Guests 

Standard member’s guest rates will be applicable for guests of Bramshaw Flex members. You are able to bring up to 3 guests at any  one time.

How much does it cost? 

Bramshaw Flex Membership = £450.00 (150 points)

Hampshire/England Golf Affiliation Fee = £19.56 / £17.40 (Men/Ladies) Bramshaw Members Levy = £10.00 

Third Party Golf Insurance = £1.75 

Members Bar Card Levy = £30.00 

Total = £511.31 (Men) / £509.15 (Ladies) 

Note: Any unused points will be forfeited at the end of the membership  year. They do not roll over. Any bar credit remaining is rolled over to  the new membership year provided that the member renews (this also  applies to changing to any applicable membership category). 

*On booking a reciprocal, the time you book will equate to the same  number of points as would be taken at Bramshaw (Manor Course) plus  any applicable booking fee or green fee due at the reciprocal club. 

**This does not apply to some Club social competitions. Details for  each competition that permits play to all members will be detailed on  the competitions rules information (available via the members area of  the Club website).
